Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days and then delivered in an estimated 7-15 business days within the UK. That means up to around 18 business days from order to delivery. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?

If you are ordering for Christmas, please order as early as you can and allow the full delivery window above. Because items are shipped directly from our suppliers, we cannot guarantee delivery dates during busy periods.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are working on adding more destinations.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at weareundoneshop@gmail.com with photos and your order number and we will make it right.

How do I find my size?

Please see our Size Guide for tips on measuring yourself. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a relaxed, comfortable fit.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will email you tracking details. If you have not received them within 5 business days of ordering, get in touch and we will look into it straight away.
